To enter Oasis Noir, you must have purchased the exclusive membership to enter the complex.
Membership provides you access to our venues, events, live bands, art gallery, shops, spas, restaurants, vacation homes and much more.

Lake
Oasis Noir has a beautiful large lake with black sand to create the perfect Black Oasis. Jet skis and other water toys will be available for rent.

This location is in Alvin, Texas (a suburb of Houston).
Oasis Noir will make a land purchase, once the minimum needed invested funds are acquired. If minimum funds are not acquired, all investors will be provided a full refund, in accordance to Federal regulations.
If this land is sold prior to funds being raised, Oasis Noir will purchase land elsewhere but no more than 20 miles outside of Houston, TX.
Because raising funds takes several months, the developers have decided to postpone purchasing the land until the minimum funds are raised.
If funds are not raised by the community, the developers will continue with this community with private funds.
