Black vendors can have their products featured in our Market Place. Vendors can enjoy the luxury of not having to man a booth. Market Place will handle everything for each vendor including collecting payment. This is inside Noir Plex.

Security
Oasis Noir is completely fenced. All guest must undergo a sex offender's registry check in order to preserve Oasis Noir being a safe place for families.
All guest that enter Oasis Noir, must be a member of Oasis Noir to enter through the security guards.

Office Suites
Office suites will be available for lease in Phase 6 of construction. These suites are located on the other side of the security gate (not inside of Oasis Noir) to allow for your clientele to visit without barriers.
