Buyers have three options to building a home in Oasis Noir

  • Build a home with our existing floorplans (Quickest and Most Economical Option)

  • Build a home with our architect and design expert

  • Build a home using their own architect (Design must be approved by the HOA board)

Affordable Housing: We believe home ownership should be attainable for anyone. As such, we will offer free home ownership classes. And provide down payment assistance to those making under $70,000.
