Dr. Hobbs is a dedicated Army Veteran and professional who continuously delivers process improvement, facilitates achievement, and provides first-class customer service. Dr. Hobbs achieved new heights by accomplishing his terminal degree. His educational background consists of a Doctor of Management, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and an Associate of Science in Electronics Technology.
Professional Career
Dr. Hobbs began his career at 19, serving in the United States Army as a Cannon Crew Member with the 3-29 Field Artillery, 3 Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division until he was medically retired in 2010. From 2011 to 2021, Dr. Hobbs enriched himself in education to strengthen his competitive advantage, establish a career, and become a beacon of hope for others like himself. In 2013, Dr. Hobbs served as the Grand Marshall for the Veterans Day Parade in Colorado Springs, CO. He delivered a speech addressing the invisible wounds much active duty and disabled veterans face from combat-related environments. From 2014 to 2016, Dr. Hobbs continued serving the veteran community as the Regional President for the Colorado Technical University Student Veteran Organization (CTUSVO). As the Regional President, Dr. Hobbs served as a focal point for student veterans and established community relations through volunteering his services. From his volunteer service at CTUSVO, Dr. Hobbs was recognized for his contributions and awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award from President Obama at the Bronz, Silver, and Gold levels.
In 2016, Dr. Hobbs became the Store Manager of the SGH brand in Colorado Springs, CO, where he led his team to produce a continuous annual volume of $750K while maintaining the highest Net Promoter Score for customer service in his region.
At 30, Dr. Hobbs continued to serve as a civilian in federal service for the United States Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base. Dr. Hobbs served in various roles: Training Instructor, Training Specialist, and Instructional Systems Specialist. Over the last 15 years, Dr. Hobbs has cultivated the necessary skills for premier customer service, project management, and building a vast network through establishing lasting relationships using a people-centered approach.

As the Director of Customer Service, Dr. Hobbs is charged with directing and overseeing all aspects of the Oasis Noir customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. Dr. Hobbs aims to integrate and maintain service level standards focused on reducing response times and providing first-class customer satisfaction at all echelons of our grand society.
